On Thursday, the Oscar nominees for 2025 were revealed.
With 13 nominations overall, “Emilia Pérez” is in the lead this year. “The Brutalist” and “Wicked,” which both received ten, are in second place, while “A Complete Unknown” and “Conclave” each received eight.
At 5:30 a.m. PST/8.5 a.m. EST, Rachel Sennott and Bowen Yang announced the 97th Academy Awards nominees in all 23 categories from the Samuel Goldwyn Theatre of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in Los Angeles.
